Gartner, Inc. is seeking an HR Systems Product Lead to provide operational leadership for Workday HCM across Benefits, Compensation, and Time & Absence. You will own system administration, drive enhancements, and partner with HRIS to deliver reliable HR tech solutions.

You will manage data quality, security, and testing, while ensuring timely issue resolution and strong communication with business stakeholders. Hybrid work in the US is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years configuring and managing Workday HCM and other HR systems with BP security and data auditing.
• Experience with Workday modules: benefits, compensation, time and absence.
• Strong HR business process knowledge and Excel proficiency.
• Independent, accountable, and able to lead with a service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Evolve HR tech portfolio and roadmap with HRIS leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with business partners for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Own and execute Workday administration: configuration, security and data quality.
• Drive vendor releases, implement features, and execute test plans.
• Support reporting and analytics: gather requirements, design, test dashboards.
• Configure, test and process mass data loads via EIB.
