Artifintech in Dallas, TX is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant for a 10-month engagement. The role focuses on Workday HCM configuration, support, and analytics to meet evolving business needs.

You'll configure HCM processes across core modules such as compensation, benefits, payroll, and absence, manage security roles, and drive process improvements. You will collaborate with HR teams and engineering to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions, participate in workshops, and support

Responsabilidades

• Workday HCM Configuration & Support
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM functionality to support evolving business requirements.
• Support Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Payroll, and Absence processes.
• Configure supervisory organizations, job profiles, positions, organizations, and business processes.
• Manage Workday security roles, domain permissions, and access governance.
• Business Analysis & Process Improvement
• Partner with HR business teams to understand business challenges and identify system improvements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process optimization opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Create calculated fields and custom reporting solutions.
• Support workforce analytics and HR reporting initiatives.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across HCM processes.
• Testing & Release Management
• Participate in Workday semi-annual release assessments and testing.
• Perform impact analysis for new features and enhancements.
• Develop test scenarios and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support production deployments and post-go-live stabilization.
• Integrations & Cross-Functional Support
• Collaborate with integration teams supporting
