Job summary

Artifintech is seeking a Junior Workday HCM Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting. The role focuses on understanding recruitment processes, configuring Workday, and supporting talent acquisition workflows.

You will gather requirements, configure recruiting business processes, manage job postings and candidate applications, and collaborate with HR and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and testing.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Workday HCM / Workday Recruiting.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Workday Recruiting module.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
• Experience with Job Requisitions, Candidate Management, Job Applications, and Offer Management.
• Knowledge of Workday Business Process Configuration.
• Understanding of Workday security and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of EIB and Workday integrations is preferred.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare functional documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with HR teams, business users, and technical teams.
