Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC in Dallas is seeking a Junior Workday Recruitment Functional Consultant for a 12-month engagement focused on Workday Recruiting with hands-on configuration and recruitment workflows including job requisitions, postings, applications, and interview steps.

You will assist with integrations, data migration, testing, and user guides while collaborating with HR and IT teams. The position offers a bill rate of $68/hour (C2C) and requires US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Workday HCM / Workday Recruiting.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Workday Recruiting module.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
• Experience with Job Requisitions, Candidate Management, Job Applications, and Offer Management.
• Knowledge of Workday Business Process Configuration.
• Understanding of Workday security and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of EIB and Workday integrations is preferred.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
