The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of Workday HCM/Recruiting experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and will collaborate with HR and technical teams to ensure successful implementations

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and supporting the Workday Recruiting module.
• Gather business requirements related to recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting business processes.
• Work on job requisitions, job postings, candidate applications, and interview workflows.
• Support candidate management, offer management, and hiring processes.
• Configure recruitment workflows, notifications, approvals, and security roles.
• Assist with Workday Recruiting integrations and data migration activities.
• Perform functional testing, regression testing, and UAT support.
• Troubleshoot Workday Recruiting issues and provide functional support.
• Prepare functional documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with HR teams, business users, and technical teams.

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in Workday HCM / Workday Recruiting.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Workday Recruiting module.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
