Job summary

GQR is seeking a cross-functional, hands-on Workday Functional Consultant to support and optimize Workday across multiple functional areas.

The ideal candidate will work across HR, Payroll, IT, and other business stakeholders, bringing hands-on experience in core HCM, compensation, payroll, time tracking, and other modules. Join a team focused on delivering efficient, scalable Workday solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Experience supporting and configuring Workday in a functional capacity.
• Strong experience across multiple Workday HCM modules.
• Cross-functional Workday experience across different areas.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, business processes, reporting, and security.
• Ability to quickly learn new Workday functionality and be productive.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Workday certification(s) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday functionality across multiple modules.
• Support business processes, workflows, security, and system enhancements.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders to deliver Workday solutions.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide recommendations based on Workday best practices.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and other reporting solutions.
• Participate in testing, releases, implementations, integrations, and ongoing Workday enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline existing Workday processes.
• Serve as a Workday functional resource across multiple areas of the platform.
