Job summary

AtWork Group in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Workday Functional Analyst I to support design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of our Workday HCM platform. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to improve processes and deliver new functionality.

If you enjoy blending technical detail with customer service, you will help train end users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the Workday environment meets evolving business needs.

Qualifications

We' re looking for a Workday Functional Analyst I to support the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. In this role, you' ll collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to improve processes, implement new functionality, support end users, and ensure our Workday environment continues to meet the evolving needs of the organization. What You' ll Do

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM functionality.
• Design and support business process workflows, security, tenant configuration, and system features.
• Develop and troubleshoot calculated fields, validation rules, condition rules, and other configuration elements.
• Build, maintain, and enhance Workday reports and dashboards.
• Evaluate, test, and implement Workday feature releases and system updates.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximize system capabilities.
• Investigate and resolve functional system issues through analysis and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain user-friendly training materials, job aids, and knowledge documentation.
• Deliver training and support to end users across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and system initiatives.
• Provide occasional after-hours or weekend support during system upgrades or critical projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor' s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes.
• Preferred Experience supporting or configuring Workday HCM.
• Experience with one or more Workday functional areas such as: Core HCM Recruiting Onboarding Talent Experience configuring: Business Processes Security Calculated Fields Validation Rules Condition Rules.
• Experience developing Workday reports and dashboards.
• Experience creating user training, documentation, and knowledge resources.
