Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Workday Delivery Lead to bring structure, transparency, and momentum to complex transformation programs. You will combine delivery discipline, commercial judgment, and stakeholder alignment to produce measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with client executives, Workday functional and technical teams, and global delivery groups to drive multi-workstream deployments from planning through go-live, ensuring quality, risk management, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

8+ years leading enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives.
4+ years leading Workday implementations, deployments, or support.
4+ years leading end-to-end Workday deployments from planning to stabilization.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Workday programs from mobilization through stabilization and transition.
Own the integrated delivery strategy, scope, schedule, milestones, and budget.
Establish governance, reporting, escalation paths, quality controls, and documentation standards.
Drive cross-functional coordination across Workday workstreams, data, security, testing, and change management.
Partner with sponsors and leaders to align priorities and manage expectations.
Mitigate risks, track actions, and ensure progress toward outcomes.
Monitor delivery health and protect scope, schedule, and client satisfaction.
Manage client and engagement financials, including budgets and invoicing.
Plan and facilitate executive reviews and decision meetings.
