Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials P2P/S2P Lead to join a global advisory team. You will engage with clients to gather requirements, design processes, prototype solutions and lead workshops. Travel may be required as projects span multiple regions and industries.

The role requires Workday Financials expertise, strong communication, and the ability to drive cohesive delivery across streams on large-scale transformations.

Qualifications

• Workday Financials Partner Certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience in a professional role.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials P2P/S2P experience.
• Minimum 3 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements, design processes, prototype, test, train and define support procedures.
• Lead client education workshops and gather requirements through working sessions.
• Support architecting Workday P2P/S2P solutions for cohesive, cross-functional delivery.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options via prototyping and apply Workday methodologies.
