Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned Workday Delivery Lead to drive complex transformation programs, coordinating cross-functional teams globally. You will steer Workday implementations from mobilization through stabilization, align stakeholders on measurable outcomes, and manage client financials and risks to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will partner with executives, Workday teams, and third parties to maintain momentum, govern programs, and deliver durable value across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years leading enterprise technology, ERP, or business transformation initiatives.
• Minimum 4 years leading Workday implementations or related engagements.
• Minimum 4 years guiding end-to-end Workday deployments from planning to stabilization.
• Minimum 4 years leading cross-functional teams across disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Associates require 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday programs from mobilization through stabilization and transition.
• Own integrated delivery strategy: scope, schedule, milestones, resources, and budget.
• Establish program governance, reporting, and documentation standards.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Workday domains and data conversions.
• Partner with sponsors to align priorities and outcomes.
• Manage risks, actions, issues, and dependencies with clear owners.
• Monitor delivery health and take corrective action.
• Manage client and engagement financials including budgets and invoices.
• Plan executive steering and status reviews.
• Coordinate release, cutover, and production readiness.
• Ensure delivery methods and security expectations are followed.
• Lead and develop project managers and teams.
• Build relationships with clients and partners.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities with sales and delivery teams.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and progress through governance.
• Capture lessons learned and reusable assets.
