Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Workday Delivery Lead to drive complex transformation programs from mobilization to stabilization. You will balance delivery discipline, client outcomes, and commercial performance while leading global teams and engaging senior executives.

You will manage integrated delivery plans, governance, and cross‑functional workstreams including data, security, testing, and change management to ensure successful outcomes for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years leading enterprise technology, ERP, or business transformation initiatives.
Minimum of 4 years leading Workday implementation, deployment, optimization, or support engagements.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Lead complex Workday programs from mobilization through stabilization and delivery.
Own the integrated delivery strategy including scope, schedule, milestones, resources, and budgets.
Establish governance, reporting, escalation paths, and quality controls for the program.
Drive cross‑functional coordination across Workday functional streams, data, security, testing, and training.
Coordinate with client sponsors and program leaders to align priorities and expectations.
Manage risks, actions, issues, decisions, and dependencies with clear owners and dates.
