Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Adaptive Insights Lead to partner with clients, design solutions, and drive complex transformations leveraging Workday capabilities across payroll and financial management. You will lead workshops, architect cross-functional workstreams, and ensure cohesive delivery using Accenture methodologies.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands on Workday Adaptive experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Adaptive Operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
• Lead workshops for client education
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
• Lead in architecting Workday Adaptive Insights solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated Advise clients on industry standardsand leading practices
• Demonstrate design optionsthrough the use ofprototyping
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenturemethodologies
