Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials Lead - FDM/R2R to guide client projects from requirements through implementation and governance. You will lead workshops, architect cohesive Workday FDM/R2R solutions and mentor project teams while partnering with clients to deliver cloud-based financial management.

Role involves travel up to 0-100% depending on client needs, aligning with Accenture methodologies and industry best practices to drive transformational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Workday Financials Partner Certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead role.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands on Workday Financials experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Identify and capture business requirements, design processes, prototype, test and train on solutions.
• Plan budgets, forecast, and reporting strategies for projects.
• Develop statements of work and client proposals.
• Build and manage vendor relationships.
• Lead client workshops and manage project resources and budgets.
• Act as escalation point for critical issues and provide SME input on functional solutions.
• Mentor and manage project staff performance.
