Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials P2P/WSS Consultant to join a global team delivering payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions. You will identify business requirements, design processes, prototype solutions, and lead client workshops to drive transformational Workday deployments across multiple industries.

Travel may be required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years in Workday Financials are expected.

Qualifications

Workday Financials Partner Certification is required.
Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant or similar role.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials P2P and/or WSS experience.
Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
Lead workshops for client education
Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyse business requirements
Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday P2P/WSS solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping
Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
