Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials P2P/S2P Lead to partner with clients and deliver payroll, cloud HR and financial management solutions, leveraging Workday and Accenture methodologies. Travel may be required depending on client needs and engagements.

You will identify requirements, design processes, lead workshops, and ensure cohesive, cross-functional workstreams across global deployments. This role requires 3+ years of consulting and Workday Financials expertise.

Qualifications

• Must have Workday Financials P2P or S2P experience.
• Proven consulting experience with US/global financial operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12+ years work experience (or 6+ years with Associate degree).

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements, design processes, prototype, test and train.
• Lead client workshops and educate stakeholders.
• Conduct sessions to gather and analyze business requirements for Workday solutions.
• Support the Financials Lead in architecting cohesive Workday P2P/S2P solutions.
• Advise on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Apply Workday methodologies and Accenture practices.
