Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials P2P/S2P Lead to help clients implement and optimize Workday Financials, focusing on procure-to-pay processes and cross-functional integration. You will gather requirements, design future-state processes, prototype options, and guide client workshops to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Workday Financials Partner Certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, at least in a Consultant or similar role.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials P2P or S2P experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years total).

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
• Lead workshops for client education and alignment.
• Gather, understand, and analyze business requirements with clients.
• Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday P2P/S2P solutions for cohesive delivery.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping and apply Workday methodologies.
