Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials Lead to drive P2P/S2P implementations for global clients. You will gather requirements, design solutions, run client workshops, and mentor teams across geographies to ensure cohesive delivery of Workday financials deployments.

The role requires 3+ years in consulting, hands-on Workday P2P/S2P, and a solid understanding of US/global financial operations. Travel up to 100% may be required. A qualifying Workday certification is essential.

Qualifications

• Workday Financials Partner Certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant or similar role.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials P2P or S2P experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years); Associates with 6 years considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements, functional and process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
• Lead workshops for client education and sessions to gather requirements.
• Support architecting Workday P2P/S2P solutions ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices through prototyping.
• Demonstrate design options using prototyping and apply Workday methodologies.
