Staffing Spot, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience and Workday expertise to join our technical team in Charlotte, NC.

You will design, code, test, and document initiatives across Workday integrations and related systems, ensuring reliable deployments and upgrades. You will lead development efforts, collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders, review complex technical challenges, and help guide less experienced staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field required.
• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• 2+ years of Workday HR systems experience.
• 2+ years of business systems analysis or design.
• 1+ years of Workday Extend development including integrations.

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.
• Support the planning and sizing of development items for sprint planning.
• Contribute to large-scale planning of strategies.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs associated with technology domains, including upgrades and deployments.
• Develop, configure, and maintain integrations for assigned products in Workday.
• Review moderately complex technical challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing or potential client needs while leveraging a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, providing guidance and direction to less experienced staff.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 2+ years of Hr systems Workday
• 2+ years of business systems analysis or design experience.
• 2+ years of technology release or implementation experience.
• 1+ years of Workday extend development experience, including integrations - EIB's, Core Connectors, Studio, Reporting - Report Writer, Advanced Reporting.

Desired Skills

• Workday or other HR systems Compensation experience.
• Experience with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting, and query tools.
• Experience/Knowledge in Adaptive Workforce Planning, Modeling, Sheets, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Knowledge of Adaptive security, permission sets, user groups, access rules.
• Experience in setting up integration between HCM and Adaptive, User sync, and SSO.
