Job summary

TechHuman is seeking a Sr. Workday Developer to design, configure, and deliver Workday HCM solutions across the full implementation lifecycle.

You will lead end‑to‑end Workday projects, translate business requirements into scalable configurations for Payroll, Core HCM, Benefits and Integrations, and collaborate with data migration and testing efforts in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing Workday HCM solutions.
• Strong expertise in Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Integrations.
• Hands-on testing experience (unit, integration, UAT) and understanding of downstream system impacts.
• Experience supporting data migration and conversion from other ERP/HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, UKG).
• Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., 2-week sprint cycles).
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and stakeholder communication.
• Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
