Appiness Inc. seeks a Technical Product Manager for Workday-enabled enterprise shared services to lead roadmap, discovery, and delivery across HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and reporting.

The role partners with HR, Finance, IT, Security, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and external vendors to shape priorities, manage releases, and drive measurable business value in a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• 5 years of product management experience with enterprise apps or transformation programs.
• 3 years of Workday experience or similar HRIS/ERP platform exposure.
• Experience leading initiatives from discovery to deployment and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, finance, payroll, and shared services.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Workday and enterprise shared services capabilities.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and SciTech to understand needs and outcomes.
• Lead discovery, define scope, assess value, and prioritize work items.
• Translate requirements into briefs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize enhancements, integrations, reporting, and process improvements based on value and risk.
• Coordinate with Workday SMEs, IT, Security, and integration teams on solution options.
• Support Workday-related initiatives across HCM, Finance, Payroll, and related functions.
• Manage multi-platform delivery and vendor relationships; track adoption and value realization.
