Qualifications

• Five or more years of product management experience including significant Workday HCM experience.
• Demonstrated experience owning product strategy and delivering outcomes across complex product areas.
• Location requirement: three or more days in the office at a U.S. Bank hub location.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and interpret business data to understand and meet business needs while focusing on employee and manager experience.
• Lead through influence to gather cross-functional alignment across business lines, technology and experience teams to drive product strategy.
• Own and drive product OKRs across Workday HCM processes and broader product experience, supporting prioritization and translation of strategy into execution.
• Define and evolve Workday HCM product strategy with accountability for delivering on the product roadmap.
