Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Manager to lead HR technology products, focusing on Workday Compensation and Payroll. You will translate business needs into a defined product vision, roadmap and successful delivery across teams.

You will collaborate with COEs, technology, and analytics stakeholders to optimize employee and manager experiences while following Agile practices and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Five years' Workday Human Capital Management Compensation and Payroll experience.
• Experience leading HR technology products and integrating vendor platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and interpret business data to meet needs and requirements.
• Define product outcomes and roadmaps to prioritize features and autowork packages.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for HR tech in compensation and payroll.
• Engage COEs to shape and drive strategy.
• Translate opportunities into a prioritized roadmap aligned with OKRs.
• Work within Agile practices to deliver business and customer outcomes.
