Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Senior Workday Product Manager to serve as the strategic liaison and technology advisor for the Workday ecosystem across Finance, HR, and shared services. You will partner with business leaders and engineering teams to identify opportunities to improve outcomes through Workday capabilities, automation, analytics, and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
7+ years supporting enterprise applications, business transformation or product management.
3+ years working directly with Workday or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary strategic liaison between business stakeholders and the Workday ecosystem.
Develop and maintain capability roadmaps that align business priorities with Workday investments.
Develop and maintain a strategic vision for Workday AI, automation, and platform capabilities.
Evaluate platform capabilities, translate business needs into prioritized initiatives, and guide investment decisions.
Champion organizational readiness, adoption, communications, and change management for Workday enhancements and releases.
Monitor business outcomes and value realization metrics; drive continuous improvements across the Workday portfolio.
Lead governance forums to align stakeholders on priorities and roadmap direction.
