Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, software engineering, or technical platform leadership experience with ownership of developer-facing software products or cloud platform infrastructure.
• 4+ years of cross-functional experience across complex technical dependencies with multiple engineering and architecture teams.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience building, scaling, or managing backend cloud infrastructure, core platform services, distributed systems, or enterprise APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex architectural concepts to executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Infrastructure Roadmap & Core Services Ownership: define and maintain a multi-quarter product roadmap for core backend services.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: align dependencies with engineering, partners, and system integrators to accelerate platform velocity.
• Multi-Team Delivery Ownership: lead multiple scrum teams through end-to-end product delivery from design to rollout.
• Scalable Backend Infrastructure: architect high-availability distributed systems and core APIs for high-volume transactions.
• Architectural & Operational Governance: discuss legacy decommissioning, tenant lifecycle, security, and resiliency metrics.
• Community & Evangelism: represent product at developer events and internal forums to communicate value.
