Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Product Manager to own and evolve our Workday HR Technology products within the HR CSU. You will translate stakeholder needs into prioritized deliverables, partner with HR Tech leadership and integration partners, and drive reliable, business‑aligned solutions.

You should have hands-on Workday HCM experience, strong requirements gathering, and a track record of delivering product roadmaps in a fast‑paced environment. This role is based in Seattle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday HCM experience and HR Technology modules familiarity.
• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and coordinating UAT in HRIS environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and PowerBI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Workday HR product roadmaps.
• Define enhancements and features with stakeholders.
• Lead product life cycle from design to end of life.
• Produce product requirements and test plans.
• Collaborate with IT, consultants and vendors to deliver solutions.
• Lead training and stakeholder sessions.
