Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR data analytics, HRIS administration, or BI.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and data visualization.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee data integrity in Workday in line with policies and regulations.
• Create, update, and validate Workday reports and dashboards for leadership needs.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to troubleshoot data issues and improve processes.
• Provide analytical insights and workforce metrics to support decision-making and reporting.
• Perform regular audits of HR and payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
• Support Workday enhancements, data migrations, and testing as needed.
• Develop and maintain data governance and reporting documentation.
