Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a People Operation Coordinator to maintain and analyze HR data within Workday and related systems. You will develop reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and compliance across departments to drive data-driven decisions.

The role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and support system optimizations. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1+ years of HR data analytics experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 1+ years of HR data analytics or HRIS administration experience recommended.
• Strong analytical and data accuracy skills with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee data in Workday with accuracy and compliance.
• Create and validate Workday reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to resolve data issues.
• Provide workforce metrics to support decision making.
• Audit HR and payroll data for integrity and compliance.
• Assist with Workday enhancements, testing, and data migrations.
• Document data processes and governance procedures.
• Translate business reporting needs into technical data solutions.
• Support data security, privacy, and access management.
