Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support and optimize Workday and related HR technology across the organization. You will ensure accurate workforce data, build reports, and partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, hands-on Workday experience, and advanced Excel skills. You will help improve processes, data quality, and system controls in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, IS, or data analytics.
• 3+ years in HRIS, HR operations, reporting, or data management.
• Hands-on Workday or other enterprise HRIS experience with processes, reporting, testing, troubleshooting.
• Experience developing reports and handling large employee datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidentiality and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: Workday security, EIBs, releases, or integrations; multi-site manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• HRIS Administration & Support for Workday, improving processes and resolving issues.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and scheduled reporting.
• Audit HR data for discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure data governance, security, and access reviews.
• Participate in HRIS projects involving new functionality, integrations, and organization changes.
