• Hands-on Workday Core HCM experience across Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination.
• Experience designing complex business processes with steps, approvals, validations, and notifications.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security, RBAC, and organization-based access.
• Ability to build advanced Workday reports and calculated fields.
• Familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.
