Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll, Security, and Integrations.
• Experience with Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
• Proficiency in EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, APIs, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for Workday HCM modules, including Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Configure business processes, security policies, and system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs.
• Gather business requirements and manage solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Create advanced reports and automate HR and payroll processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, system security, compliance, and performance.
