Job summary

SIRO Clinpharm Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Workday Core HCM Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience to design, configure, and optimize Core HCM components and business processes.

You will implement organizational hierarchies, set up hire/termination workflows, and ensure data security across the HCM domain. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, adherence to compliance, and ability to generate analytics reports using Workday Report Writer.
