Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Workday Compensation Manager or similar senior implementation role.
• Strong understanding of unionized compensation structures and collective bargaining agreements.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and stakeholders in U.S. Eastern Time working hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead final integration testing and validation between Workday Compensation and the MAPS crew management and scheduling system.
• Review and validate Workday Compensation configurations, including union requirements, pay rates, allowances, and bonuses.
• Drive the systems integrator to resolve issues quickly and coordinate stakeholders on implementation risks and testing outcomes.
