Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Workday Compensation Manager to lead configuration, production support, and enhancements of the Workday Compensation platform with a focus on shipboard employee populations. You will partner with HR leadership, Payroll, IT, and other teams to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Workday Core & Advanced Compensation experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead a small team of compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years configuring and supporting Workday Core & Advanced Compensation.
• Hands-on Workday configuration, production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Experience leading HRIS implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Workday Shipboard Compensation; lead production support, configuration, and project work.
• Lead configuration and implementation activities for ongoing enhancements and major projects.
• Guide HR Compensation teams and executives on processes, system functionality, and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Ensure accurate compensation data integration across systems and maintain data integrity.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of compensation plans and processes.
• Support HRIS implementations, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct data validation and system audits for compliance with policies.
