Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Workday Compensation Manager in Miami (Hybrid) or Remote. This 3-4 month contract may convert to hire, overseeing the Workday Compensation platform for shipboard employees.

The candidate should have deep Workday Core and Advanced Compensation experience, leadership skills, and a proven track record managing complex Workday environments in a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• 5 years leading and configuring Workday Core and Advanced Compensation.
• Experience supporting unionized populations and complex pay structures (e.g., step progression, CBAs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, talent development, and compensation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and configure Workday Shipboard Compensation for production support and Phase X project implementation.
• Provide expert-level consulting to HR Compensation team and executives on compensation processes.
• Collaborate with HR centers of excellence, IT, Payroll to translate requirements into HR tech solutions.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Benefits and Payroll to ensure data integration across systems.
• Lead testing and deployment of new compensation plans and processes.
• Conduct audits for data accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and defects.
• May manage a small team of compensation analysts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
