Job summary

Stellar IT Solutions LLC is seeking a Workday Compensation Manager to oversee the stability, support, and evolution of the Workday Compensation platform for shipboard employees. You will lead projects, configure systems, test functionalities, and provide end-user support in a global enterprise context.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Workday Core and Advanced Compensation, strong leadership experience, and a proven track record managing complex Workday environments.

Qualifications

• Lead and configure Workday Core and Advanced Compensation for production support and project work.
• Proven track record managing HRIS projects including implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Experience in global enterprise environments with complex pay structures and unionized populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and configure Workday Shipboard Compensation for production support and Phase X projects.
• Provide expert guidance to HR Compensation teams and executives on compensation processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable HR tech solutions.
• Partner with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Benefits to ensure data alignment across systems.
• Lead testing and deployment of new compensation plans and processes.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and policy alignment.
