The ideal candidate has 5+ years in complex Workday compensation, strong leadership, and a proven track record delivering HRIS projects in a global enterprise. Collaboration with HR and IT is essential for accurate pay rules and integrations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a complex Workday compensation environment.
• Experience leading Workday Compensation for large populations (shipboard 40,000+)
• Strong leadership and managing complex Workday environments in a global enterprise
• Experience with unionized populations and complex pay structures (step progression, CBAs)
• Proven track record delivering HRIS projects, upgrades, and integrations.

Job description

• Must have with 5 years of experience in a complex Workday compensation environment.
• This role is leading Workday Compensation for our shipboard employee population (40,000+) with unions and complex compensation rules.
• The focus is on our current implementation of shipboard compensation, which is set to go-live January 1
• The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise across Workday Core and Advanced Compensation, strong people leadership experience, and a proven track record of managing complex Workday environments in a global enterprise setting.
• Proven track record of successfully leading HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• 5 years leading and configuring Workday Core and Advanced Compensation required.
• Experience supporting unionized populations and complex pay structures (e.g., step progression, CBAs).

Plus:

• Prior HRIS management experience for a publicly traded organization with a large workforce preferred.
