Job summary

Strada is seeking a Workday Benefits Consultant (AMS/post production) to join our expanding practice in the United States. You will lead client engagements across the Workday Benefits module from design through testing and deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of implementation or configuration experience, Workday Benefits certification, strong Excel skills, and the ability to travel up to 20%. Sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or financial discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience implementing and/or configuring Workday Benefits, Compensation, Learning or Talent; prior experience with SaaS solutions is a plus.
• Workday Benefits certification is required; certification in multiple functional areas is a plus.
• Experience in consulting either internally or with a consulting/software organization is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and strong time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient to advanced MS Excel skills to transform data.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Independently consults with external clients through all Workday project lifecycle stages.
• Executes medium to large client deliverables across multiple projects.
• Manages scope, timeline, and budget; coordinates with team members as needed.
• Articulates client needs and recommends solutions based on Workday best practices.
• Leads internal initiatives to build Strada brand and collateral.
