Strada is seeking a Workday Consultant/Senior Consultant to drive the successful delivery of Workday Benefits or Advanced Compensation implementations for enterprise clients. You’ll coordinate with clients, manage scope and timelines, and deliver end-to-end configurations across multiple projects.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, deep Workday knowledge, and travel up to 50%. A Workday certification is mandatory, with a focus on Benefits or Advanced Comp modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, HR, CS or related field.
• 3–7+ years of consulting experience implementing financials or SaaS systems.
• Experience translating business requirements into system configurations.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Workday Benefits or Advanced Comp certified; Workday certification required.

Responsabilités

• Lead or participate in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle for Benefits or Advanced Comp modules.
• Deliver high-quality client deliverables across multiple projects.
• Manage scope, timeline and budget; coordinate with team members as needed.
• Provide subject matter expertise and recommend solutions to clients.
• Share lessons learned and best practices with clients and internal teams.
• Support internal initiatives to strengthen Strada’s Workday practice and brand.
