Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Product Owner for Workday Adaptive Planning to co-own the workforce planning product vision, roadmap, and backlog. You will lead integrations, security, reports, and dashboards to support strategic workforce planning and scenario modeling, partnering with People Organization and Finance leaders.

Role emphasizes hands-on development, governance, and enablement as the capability matures across headcount, budgets, and talent planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
5+ years of HR/Finance tech experience, with Workday Adaptive Planning.
Hands-on in building Workday Adaptive Planning integrations and security.
Experience designing reports and dashboards using Adaptive Planning tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Co-own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for Strategic Workforce Planning.
Translate strategy into backlog and prioritize workforce planning requirements.
Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning.
Configure security and permissions for planning users.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to show plans and variances.
Troubleshoot data quality, security, and calculation issues.
Lead governance, testing, and enablement for platform capabilities.
Drive training and adoption to stakeholders.
Monitor adoption, performance, and data quality metrics.
