Job summary
Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Product Owner for Workday Adaptive Planning to co-own the strategic workforce planning roadmap and to hands-on build integrations, security, reports, and dashboards. You will collaborate with People Organization and Finance leaders to translate planning needs into a prioritized backlog and scalable solutions.
The role emphasizes governance, testing, and enablement, with a focus on scaling planning beyond headcount to scenario design and talent supply/demand
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
- 5+ years in HR or Finance tech with workforce planning exposure.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday HCM preferred.
- Experience owning a product backlog and writing user stories in Agile.
Responsibilities
- Co-own the workforce planning product strategy and multi-year roadmap with the business PM.
- Build, maintain, and secure integrations between Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning; manage permissions and security.
- Develop and maintain reports/dashboards (Adaptive Discovery Boards, OfficeConnect, Workday reporting).
- Lead governance, testing, and deployment for integrations, models, and dashboards.
- Train and enable stakeholders; monitor adoption, data quality, and platform performance.
