Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will lead implementations, guide teams, and help clients improve financial planning and reporting using Workday Adaptive Planning.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design scalable models, and oversee integrations with ERP and HRIS systems while staying current on product enhancements and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EPM, FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand processes, planning requirements, and KPIs.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models, including security and dashboards.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other systems.
• Provide technical guidance on data integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs and related platforms.
