Job summary

Aon plc seeks an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Architect to lead the strategy, roadmap, and architecture of our enterprise planning platform. You will drive design authority and hands-on technical leadership across budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario modeling.

Partner with Finance, FP&A, and HR to deliver scalable Adaptive Planning solutions, ensure data integrity, and optimize performance, reporting, and integrations with Workday Financials, ERP, and BI tools while

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting FP&A, EPM, or enterprise planning platforms, including 5+ years of hands on Workday Adaptive Planning experience as an architect, lead administrator, or consultant.
• Deep expertise in data modeling, system integration, and performance optimization within a sophisticated enterprise environment.
• Deep functional knowledge across adaptive modeling, workforce planning, financial planning and forecasting, OfficeConnect, reporting and dashboards, security administration, and version management.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement the vision, roadmap, governance, and lifecycle management of the Workday Adaptive Planning platform, defining planning technology strategies.
• Lead the design of complex, scalable Adaptive Planning solutions, ensuring data integrity and seamless information flow.
• Lead the technical solutioning for all major Adaptive Planning initiatives, from initial discovery and design through implementation and postproduction support.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and model architecture, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
• Architect multidimensional planning models and structures supporting revenue, expense, headcount planning, and scenario modeling.
• Own and provide hands on support for urgent and business critical production issues.
