Job summary

Jabil is seeking a results-driven leader to drive continuous improvement in operational metrics and profitability within the Workcell. The role emphasizes recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing team that delivers excellence to customers and shareholders.

You will lead by example, manage large teams, and communicate effectively with functional managers to align strategy and execution. This on-site position at a Jabil facility requires a strong business mindset and people

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; and five years experience, one year in a supervisory role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret and communicate regarding common scientific and/or technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in operational metrics while maximizing profitability.
• Lead Workcell team and coordinate large teams during crises.
• Coach and mentor Workcell team members to deliver excellence to every internal and external customer.
