Job summary

Jabil in Memphis is seeking a Workcell Manufacturing Manager to oversee production for a product line at a high-volume site. You will lead a 250-person matrixed team across shifts, driving operational excellence and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, setting measurable goals, tracking metrics, and partnering with FM and units to improve processes. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in engineering operations management are preferred.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in engineering operations management with manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify people requirements for Workcell and communicate to Functional Managers.
• Coach and mentor Workcell team members daily to deliver excellence.
• Set clear goals and monitor metrics to drive results and development.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational metrics and processes.
• Provide regular updates on execution to management and stakeholders.
