Jabil is seeking an accomplished manufacturing and operations leader to guide campus-wide functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and develop future leaders. You will align operational strategy with corporate objectives, partner with executives, and ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability across the campus.

The role emphasizes cost management, forecasting accuracy, and delivering customer-focused results in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of manufacturing/operations leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing and executing operational strategies.
• Strong performance management and workforce development background.
• Experience driving CI and operational excellence programs.
• Advanced computer skills and business systems usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple functional areas across the campus for safe, efficient, and profitable operations.
• Develop future leaders and coach/mentor executives and managers.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to site and corporate leadership on performance and strategy.
• Manage costs, forecast demand, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Promote safety, quality, and compliance across the operation.
