This role leads a production area across shifts to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost alignment. You will recruit, coach and develop staff while driving performance metrics and continuous improvement.

The position requires strong leadership, ERP experience and robust problem-solving skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and optimize resources on the floor.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma and at least two years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and MES is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a production area across full shifts to meet delivery, quality, and cost goals.
• Recruit, interview and hire manufacturing staff; coordinate criteria with recruiters.
• Develop staff through coaching, training curriculums and succession plans.
• Set clear performance goals and monitor metrics; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and other departments to optimize output.
• Maintain a safe, clean manufacturing area and adhere to policies.
