You will coach teams daily, set measurable goals, and drive continuous improvement across key metrics while aligning with the campus strategy and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering operations management and 10+ years in manufacturing or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of one or more work cells in electronic component manufacture.
• Lead a 250-person matrixed team across multiple shifts.
• Coach and mentor team members to drive continuous improvement and meet metrics.
• Define clear goals and monitor performance against timelines and responsibilities.
• Communicate updates and strategic directions between Workcell, Functional Managers, and Operations.
