Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Senior Operations Leader to drive operational excellence across its Memphis campus. Lead multiple functional areas, develop future leaders, and partner with unit managers to achieve safety, efficiency, and profitability.

You will drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and talent development while aligning strategic initiatives with corporate goals to deliver measurable results for customers and the business.

Qualifications

10+ years of manufacturing, operations, or related leadership experience.
Experience leading managers and cross-functional teams.
Experience developing and executing operational strategies.
Advanced computer skills and experience with business systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop functional managers and operational leadership teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing metrics and performance data.
Develop and communicate campus operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Forecast, plan, and manage budgets, costs, and operational metrics.
