Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Illinois is seeking a results-driven Business Developer to expand our market presence and drive profitable growth. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to respond to bids and meet sales targets.

The role requires 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, excellent presentation and communication skills, and proficiency with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at mid-to-senior levels (3–5 years).
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with prospective customers to uncover needs.
• Accurately forecast sales deliverables and KPIs.
• Close deals and meet sales targets; conduct presentations and demonstrations.
• Log activity in CRM and manage the sales pipeline.
