Title: Business Operations Specialist

Location: East Peoria, IL

Type: Contract

Pay: $28-29.33 MAX/hour on w2

IV type: 2 rounds

Length: 12 months - possibility to extend

Screenings: no tech, full panel drug and background once hired

Qualifications

• Must haves:

• 7+ years’ experience in procuring, inventory management, and build room

• Experience working with one of these tools:
• ServiceNow (tool use/exposure)
• Apptio (budget management)
• Guided Buy (purchasing)
• PowerBI (reporting, non-developer)

• Soft Skills

• Self-starter / self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail

Position’s Contributions to Work Group

• Monitor asset inventory levels to input into order plan using PowerBI or ServiceNow
• Collaborate with operations team to understand inventory and consumption
• Procure hardware as needed (at minimum monthly)
• Issue and receive purchase orders for hardware, vending, print, and supplies for team
• Collaborate on forecast, then report actuals against plan
• Monitor IT vending machine consumption and place orders to replenish
• Meet with business resources monthly to review spend/plan
• Submit capital spend requests and audit the assets ensuring they’re placed in service

Typical task breakdown
